Big Keith started listening to the Massenomics podcast in March of 2020 and officially joined the discord in December of 2021. He loves the community that he has found in the Crü. He is a LHLE, The Arnold, Home Gym Con, and Crü Falls veteran that really enjoys Crü meet ups in his orange gym as well as all over the Midwest.
